Golf Performance & Injury Prevention
As a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified provider, I specialize in helping golfers improve their body to improve their swing.
Through a TPI movement assessment we identify physical limitations that may affect:
• swing mechanics
• power generation
• consistency
• injury risk
Each golfer receives:
• A personalized “fitness handicap”
• Insight into how their body affects their swing
• Targeted mobility and strength exercises
• A clear plan to improve performance
Whether you're a casual golfer or serious competitor, improving how your body moves can dramatically improve your game.
